new system

The last system didn't work too well but , having studied the befair setup I have come up with a different system, and after 3 days it does seem to work.

As all betting folk know it is easier to bet a loser than a winner, if 10 horses are in a race the real odds are 10-1 , and it is only form, etc that changes these odds, so if the favourite is evens then , it is only a 10-1 shot with the real odds , so it is a bit unfair to bet on it, as you don't really stand a chance and after all only 1 horse will win and 9 will lose, so they are better odds at 10-9 , with the real odds at 10 - 1 , so it is worth a gamble, as there is only a 1 in 10 chance of losing rather than a 1-10 chance of winning. Following??

So the way ii see it is to bet on the loser , and a small amount each bet, is better than a large amount.

For the last 3 days I have been doing just this with the largest bet being 12 against, which on a 20-1 does leave you quite exposed, but it seems to work.

So here is the system work how much you want to win each day, say £100.

Multiply this by 7 if you want to bet every day, then times by 52 , which for me would be £30k per annum. So far i can see it is easier and safer to bet small amounts on every race, rather than large amounts trying to get money back.
The golden rule is small amounts on long odds, maybe over 20-1, it is only the 3rd day into the new sysytem but i have a biggish loss to make up, just 250 to go!

day second bet- winner winner

this time I made sure that I bet the full amount £25 - which meant if it won I would be out of pocket by nearly £400 - but after being fourth for most of the race it finished 4th a few lengths behind the winner , so i didn't even sweat on this race.

the 3rd bet is £25 on a 15-1 outsider bert brand, leaving me £337 out of pocket if it wins- so lets see!

shit- photo- bert brand won!

day 2 - winner winner

first win on this new system, slight problem was that i bet £2 and not the £20 i wanted to, so small set back on my system. However the second bet I will make sure that i will put the full amount on.

So kings ransom in true form was a complete donkey and is probably still running, however my heart was in my mouth for the first few furlongs when it was actually winning, but it soon dropped off and cam nowhere thank goodness.

£2 up.

Day 2 - First bet of the day

The first bet of the day is kings Ransom, (Pontefract, 29th Jun - 14:15 1m2f Hcap)
22 - 1 not to win- so I have placed £20 , and if it wins in a field of 15 - (real odds 15-1)i will be out of pocket by £400 , nearly all of my budget of £500.

it has already gone out to 24-4 not to win, so the odds are in my favour!

Day 2- overnight thoughts

having slept on my mistakes, i have now come up with a new system , which at the moment is fool proof

I have learnt it is better to make a little a lot of times rather than try and make a lot all the time.

I worked out that i would be happy with £50k , tax free each year which is about £70k before tax, as betting income is tax free.

so I need to make £1,000 per week , assuming a 5 day week, (don't want to work weekends!) so I have to make £200 per day, again sounds easy. Broken down this is about 7 bets a day assuming £30 bets.

so here goes!

One thing i do need is about £500 to cover the bets should I loose which should be paid back in 2 days assuming i don't loose any bets.

So is it possible to get 7 bets every day for a year to earn this kind of income, and being an optimist , here i go.

The Early thoughts the loner odds the better - this way there is less chance that the horse will win. In a race of say 10 horses the real odds are 10- 1 so there is a 1/10 chance the horse will win, so you do need a bit of luck on your side , but as every gambler knows, these odds are distorted by form. so a 25 - 1 outside is unlikely to win, but there is still a chance. As the news of the world points out the bookie has to take bets on all of the horses , where I am only looking for the donkey in the pack.

Let the betting commence.

make money tax free - £22 MILLION

day 1 - I have just read in the news of the world about a former city trader who had won £22 million on Betfair betting on loser rather than winners.

Every gambler, wants to win so I duly signed up to Betfair, having not had a bet for a few years, or maybe the odd online, bet on bet365.com

I am sure it is possible to win £22 million, and being an optimist , I want to win, £22 million would be nice but i don't want to be greedy.

I signed up to see how easy it was as i must admit I didn't really understand his method - he bet on the favourite to loose and then an outsider to loose to lay off the bet. Sounded a bit hit and miss to me.

I placed£150 into the account and after the first day I was £100 down. Not a great start , but i must admit I didn't fully understand lay off bets , but in a nutshell you become the bookie and if the horse wins then you are liable for the odds that you took.

I lost 4 times, which is not as bad as it seems, as I bet twice on the same horse which won and took some short odds on a couple. So it was really my own fault.

But it is amazing how quickly you learn when you it is actaul money at stake, but i did win about 20 times during my fist attempt. The main problem here was I was only betting £2 at a time, so it was not going to make £22 million.
